Email Customizations

Email Customization is a feature set available for enterprise and growth users providing more control over outgoing email from Zenduty. Email customization allows you setup custom email author and reply-to address

Administrators can configure custom 'from' names i.e. the account name from which you'd receive Zenduty Alerts from, and the reply-to address to which email receivers can respond to automatically.

How to enable Email Customization

Only the Account Owner, Account Admins can enable/modify email customization.

  1. Click on your profile bubble on the top-right corner and then on Account.

  2. Navigate to the Customizations section, and click on the Email button.

  3. Provide a Custom Name and Email Address in the fields, and click on Save Settings
