Firebase Crashlytics Integration Guide

[Note] - We are no longer supporting this integration as Google has removed the Crashlytics function triggers support in Firebase functions.
As an alternative, you can use the Email integration to trigger Zenduty incidents from error emails from Crashlytics.

Firebase Crashlytics is a lightweight, realtime crash reporter that helps you track, prioritize, and fix stability issues that erode your app quality.

What can Zenduty do for Firebase Crashlytics users?

With Firebase Crashlytics's Integration, Zenduty sends new error and bug alerts to the right team and notifies them based on on-call schedules via email, text messages(SMS), phone calls(Voice), Slack, Microsoft Teams and iOS & Android push notifications, and escalates alerts until the alert is acknowledged or closed. Zenduty provides your application engineers with detailed context around the Firebase Crashlytics alert along with playbooks and a complete incident command framework to triage and remediate and resolve incidents with speed.

Whenever a new error/bug is created in Crashlytics, Zenduty will create an incident.

You can also use Alert Rules to custom route specific Firebase Crashlytics alerts to specific users, teams or escalation policies, write suppression rules, auto add notes, responders and incident tasks.
