Observium Integration Guide

Observium is a low-maintenance auto-discovering network monitoring platform supporting a wide range of device types, platforms and operating systems including Cisco, Windows, Linux, HP, Juniper, Dell, FreeBSD, Brocade, Netscaler, NetApp and many more. Observium focuses on providing a beautiful and powerful yet simple and intuitive interface to the health and status of your network.

What can Zenduty do for Observium users?

Whenever Observium triggers an alert on a website, agent or a service, an incident will be created in Zenduty. When the alert is resolved in Observium, Zenduty will auto-resolve the incident.

You can also use Alert Rules to custom route specific Observium alerts to specific users, teams or escalation policies, write suppression rules, auto add notes, responders and incident tasks.
